Description
After the Pre Feed has started, the DADF Feed In Sensor or DADF Feed Out Sensor did
not turn ON within the specified time.
DADF Feed Out Sensor turned ON before DADF Feed In Sensor 1/2 turned ON. |
| 故障排查: |
Check the following:
Transportation failure due to foreign matter in the document path.
Foreign matter on the surface of the Feed Roll, Nudger Roll, and Retard Roll.
Wear on the surface of the Feed Roll, Nudger Roll, and Retard Roll.
The DADF Feed In Sensor 1/2 (DC330 [005-204]) for operation failure. (PL 54.8)
The DADF Feed Out Sensor (DC330 [005-205]) for operation failure. (PL 54.9)
The DADF Feed Motor (DC330 [005-004]) for operation failure. (PL 54.5)
The Nudger Roll for Nip operation failure.
The Drive Gear for wear and damage.
The Timing Belt for skipped teeth and improper Belt tension.
The amount of grease at the Pulley and Gear.
If no problem is found, replace the DADF PWB. (PL 54.3) |
