Check the following:
Transportation failure due to foreign matter on the document path.
Foreign matter on the surface of the Feed Roll, Nudger Roll, and Retard Roll.
Wear on the surface of the Feed Roll, Nudger Roll, and Retard Roll.
The Torque Limiter for failure.
The DADF Feed Out Sensor (DC330 [005-205]) for operation failure. (PL 54.9)
The DADF Feed Motor (DC330 [005-004]) for operation failure. (PL 54.5)
The DADF Feed In Sensor 1/2 (DC330 [005-204]) for operation failure. (PL 54.8)
The Drive Gear for wear and damage.
If no problem is found, replace the DADF PWB. (PL 54.3) |
