Cause/Action
1. Turn the power OFF and ON.
2. Turn OFF the power and disconnect the power plug. Check the following:
The connection between the Motor Drive PWB J490 and the Finisher PWB for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
The connection between the Motor Drive PWB J405 and the Halftone PWB J481 for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
The connectors (P/J335, P/J451) between the Controller PWB, BP PWB, and Halftone PWB for poor contact, damage, and foreign matter.
The power supply voltage at the Finisher.
NOTE
For more information on the IOT connection PWB and power supply at the Finisher, refer to the Finisher Supplementary Service Manual.
3. If no problem is found, replace the following parts in sequence. However, each time a parts is replaced, check whether the Fail is still occurring and return the part if it has no problems.
Motor Drive PWB (PL 18.2, PL 18.5)
Controller PWB (PL 35.2)
Half Tone PWB (PL 18.8, PL 18.10) |
