Go to the Diag mode and execute DC131 NVM Read/Write to change the value of NVM [716-173] (Color AOC Resolution Allowable Lower Limit Threshold Value) and NVM [763-183] (Color AOC Resolution Allowable Upper Limit Threshold Value) to "128", and then check if the error is solved.

Turn OFF the power and disconnect the power plug. Check the following:
The Flat Cable between the Controller PWB J1377 and the CIS J1 for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
The connections between the IIT Trans PWB J7501 and J7502, and the DADF PWB J751 and J761 for open circuits, short circuits, and poor contacts.
The Flat Cable between the Controller PWB J321 and the IIT Trans PWB J7192 for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
Are the connection and Flat Cable normal?

Replace the CIS Flat Cable and connect it properly. (PL 57.12)
Check if the error is solved.

Perform the following. After the execution, check if the error is solved.
1. Save the NVM value of IISS-Extension (Side 2 NVM).
2. Replace the DADF PWB. (PL 57.4)
3. Initialize the NVM value of IISS-Extension (Side 2 NVM) in DC131 NVM Initialization.
4. Restore the NVM value of IISS-Extension (Side 2 NVM).
5. Enter Diag Mode and execute DC945 IIT Calibration (MAX Setup) [Side 2 Shading Correction] (ADJ 1.1.6).

Go to [DADF Side 2 Image Quality Failure Improvement Flow] of CQ-00 IIT/DADF FIP in Chapter 3.
Replace the CIS (PL 57.5). After replacement, check if the error is solved.

Replace the CIS Flat Cable (PL 57.12). After replacement, check if the error is solved.
