Check the following:
The Regi Sensor (DC330 [077-103]) for operation failure. (PL 14.4)
The Takeaway Motor 1 (DC330 [077-050]) for operation failure. (PL 15.2)
Tray 1 Feed/Lift Motor (DC330 [071-001(Mid/High)/003(Low)] (Feed)) for operation failure. (PL 9.8)
The T/A Roll 1, Tray 1 Feed Roll, Retard Roll, and Nudger Roll for contamination, wear, and transportation failure due to deterioration.
The Drive Gear for wear and damage.
The LH Unit for improper latching.
Transportation failure due to foreign matter on the paper path.
The vicinity of Takeaway Pinch Roll push up mechanism for disengagement and looseness.
Usage of out of spec paper.
The Regi Transport Assembly for an improper installation. (PL 15.1)
If no problem is found, replace the following parts in sequence. However, each time a parts is replaced, check whether the Fail is still occurring and return the part if it has no problems.
Feed/ Nudger/ Retard Roll (PL 9.8)
Tray1 Feeder Chute Assembly (PL 9.7)
Chute Assembly (PL 15.1)
Regi Drive Assembly (PL 15.2)
Regi Transport Assembly (PL 15.1)
